Global Deeds Foundation is actively looking for an experienced Executive Director to join our team in an exciting time of organizational growth and development.
The Executive Director (ED) will lead a small and dedicated team of administrators to provide the necessary vision, leadership, and fundraising skills that will enable the organization to achieve its fundraising targets and organizational development program. In addition to developing a capital campaign, assisting in the process of recruiting new members to our Board of Directors (BoD), Board of Advisors (BoA) and staff team, is a fundamental part of the Executive Director’s job.
The ED will have substantial fundraising experience, a talent for building relationships and proven track record in securing funds from statutory sources, foundations, trusts and major donors. Additionally, the ED will supervise our online auctions, donations and Shopify store.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred, in addition to a minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse data and he/she should possess the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve the development and financial goals of the organization.
